Phi Mu Sorority Vice President
I oversaw ten committees and ran chapter meetings every Sunday. I presented research on certain topics like hazing, sisterhood, or character, and present them to the chapter to help the ladies in Phi Mu see how life in the chapter can be applied to the outside world.

I monitored the Student Orientation Assistants and helped them perform their necessary tasks. I made sure everyone was carrying their weight, and acted as a median between the SOAs and the head coordinators. I also created and lead their three-day retreat.

Being the first to hold this position, I
co-developed a process to increase retention rates of first year students. I called and emailed those who were not attending their classes regularly. I ensured each student had any and all resources necessary for further success.
